Within Ireland we use An Post Registered Post which has a full Track and Trace Delivery service.

PRODUCT RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt. Returned product must be in its original packaging and in re-salable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.
1. Please ensure product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met.
2. Where a product is faulty, it must be sent back in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the return, the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will either fix the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product sent out without delay.
3.Please orders@babytravelshop.ie with your Order ID to advise you are returning a product.
4. Include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact phone number & order ID
5. Baby Travel Shop will not cover the cost of returning products unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
