Q. Do you have a shop I can go into and look at the products?
A. No, we are an online shop. We ship all our products with DPD couriers cost: €5.99 per order (any number of items) and FREE for orders over €100.
Q. Can I pick up at your shop on Merrion Square?
A. No, we have all our products stored in our warehouse in Finglas, Dublin.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order? A. Our daily cut off time is 11am, any orders received before 11am ship that day for delivery within two working days anywhere in Ireland. Any orders received after 11am ship the following day for delivery the next working day.
Q. If I need to return a product, what do i do?
Please return it in original condition to our warehouse (address on your packing slip) include a note to say if you would like a replacement, size change, refund etc... we will deal with it as soon as it arrives into us.
