Q. Do you have a shop I can go into and look at the products?
A. No, we are an online shop. We ship all our products with An Post/Priority post cost: €4.75 per order (any number of items) or An Post regular post and FREE for orders over €100. 

Q. Can I pick up at your shop on Merrion Square?
A. No, we have all our products stored in our warehouses.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order? A. Our daily cut off time is 12 noon, any orders received before 12 noon  ship that day for delivery within 2-5 working days anywhere in Ireland (unless otherwise stated in the product description) Any orders received after 12 noon ship the following day for delivery the next 2-5 working days.

Q. If I need to return a product, what do i do?

Please return it in original condition to our warehouse (address on your packing slip) include a note to say if you would like a replacement, size change, refund etc... we will deal with it as soon as it arrives into us.
